We responsibly manage the impact of our activity to create a fairer society and a more sustainable environment.
In Cosermo,
we pursue
perfection in
what we do and
in how we do it.
We want to ensure that our activity has a positive effect on customers, employees, community, the environment and society as a whole. To this end, we have developed practices committed to everything we believe in.
We want to be the best and that everyone who, in one way or another, forms part of our projects is also the best, something which has led us to be certified for the third time in CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) in 2018.
With this certification we increase trust even further amongst all the parties involved in our work, demonstrating our commitment to the social fabric through ethical and responsible management.
We want to make it clear that we are committed to the following:
Human Rights
The United Nations Convention on the Right of the Child.
The elimination of all kinds of discrimination against women.
The conventions and recommendations of the International Labour Organisation.
Buenas prácticas medioambientales. ISO 14001:2015
Environmental ethical code
of practice for
industrial projects.

In Cosermo we have an environmental code of good practice which we apply to both our industrial work centres and to the companies who collaborate with us.

We are concerned about the environment and want to collaborate with companies and people who are willing to follow work methodologies which help to achieve its conservation.

We are certified in the ISO standard 14001:2015 for Environmental Management Systems which proves our commitment to the environment by using resources efficiently and rationally, minimising the waste generated and its proper management, preventing contamination and promoting sustainable environmental management.

Ethical code of practice
against the discrimination
of women.

In Cosermo we have collaborated with the newspaper El Comercio-La Voz de Avilés in the project: “FUTURO EN FEMENINO” (FUTURE IN FEMININE) led by the school San Vicente de Paul de Gijón.

With this initiative we have tried to foment gender equality amongst the pupils of this school, showing company equality policies to ensure that future generations internalise the importance of respect and equality. We have also recorded a video in our workshops in the Porceyo Industrial Estate (Gijón) where we briefly explain the company's activity and our commitment to equality internally in the company.

In addition to these aspects, in Cosermo we have created internal protocols which enable us to take on industrial projects requested by our customers based on the principles of transparency, safety and veracity.
Cosermo. Passion for perfection.
